The ACA library, updated

Given the brief lull in the briefing, I had a chance this afternoon to update the list of academic articles addressing the constitutionality of the ACA. You can find it to the right, through the link entitled Bibliography. It now includes more than sixty articles, from Jonathan Adler's Cooperation, Commandeering, or Crowding Out? Federal Intervention and State Choices in Health Care Policy, to Rebecca Zietlow's Democratic Constitutionalism and the Affordable Care Act. So once you have finished those one hundred briefs or so that have been filed thus far, here is another 3,000 pages of reading to keep you busy.
