Severability briefs due today

The brief of the United States on the issue of severability (that is, whether the minimum coverage provision, if unconstitutional, can be severed from the remainder of the ACA) is due today, along with all amicus curiae briefs supporting the United States on this question. I will post the filed briefs here (and on the relevant case pages, located to the right) as soon as I track down electronic copies.
