Seven-Sky distributed for February 17 conference

The petition for a writ of certiorari filed by the plaintiffs in Seven-Sky v. Holder (11-679)--the case in which the D.C. Circuit upheld the constitutionality of the minimum coverage provision back in November--has been distributed for the justices' conference of February 17. Almost certainly, the Court will take no action on the petition, and instead simply re-list and hold it pending its decision in HHS v. Florida. (This is what the Court has already done with Liberty University v. Geithner, Virginia v. Sebelius, and Thomas More Law Center v. Obama.)
