U.S. brief due today at the D.C. Circuit

The United States's brief is due today in Seven-Sky v. Holder (formerly known as Mead v. Holder), the case currently pending in the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit (to be argued on September 23). This is likely to be the first ACA-related brief signed by the new Solicitor General, Donald Verrilli, Jr.

As of now (2:45 Pacific time), the brief is not yet up on PACER. We will post it here as soon as it available.
