Today is the due date for the United States's brief for the respondent in Florida v. HHS (No. 11-400) addressing the Medicaid issue. It should be available shortly; I will post it as soon as possible.
In addition, several of the amici whose briefs are due Monday (those supporting either party in on the Anti-Injunction Act issue, and those supporting respondents on the minimum coverage provision) have filed their briefs early, and those are trickling in. I will put some up in a separate post shortly.
