Amicus briefs supporting the states on Medicaid issue due today

As the states' brief as petitioner was due last Tuesday, today is the deadline for amicus curiae briefs supporting the states' position in Florida v. HHS (No. 11-400)--namely, that the ACA's Medicaid provisions exceed Congress's spending power (because they amount to coercive spending conditions, and thus constitute an unlawful "commandeering"). I teach both of my classes today, so it may not be until tomorrow that I have the time to get the briefs up on the site. I will do my best.
