Panel announced in Kinder v. Geithner
The United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit has announced the three-judge panel that will hear Kinder v. Geithner, the case coming from the Eastern District of Missouri. (The district court dismissed the plaintiffs' complaint on standing grounds, but the parties have also briefed the merits of the constitutionality of the individual mandate in their papers filed with the Eighth Circuit.)
