The District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi has made the following entry on the docket sheet for Bryant v. Holder (No. 2:10-cv-76):

This is the case in which the District Court (Judge Starrett) recently denied in part and granted in part the United States's motion to dismiss, holding that the plaintiffs had standing to raise most of their claims. Presumably the case management conference is intended to settle a briefing schedule for the parties' cross-motions for summary judgment.
