The Fourth Circuit will release on its web site the audio of oral arguments in Liberty University v. Geithner and Virginia v. Sebelius at 2:00 EST Tuesday, only a few hours after the arguments have concluded. The arguments are scheduled to begin in Richmond at 9:30, with 40 minutes allotted to each case. Acting Solicitor General Neal Katyal will argue both cases for the United States.
