According to this report, Donald Trump and Gretta Van Susteren today lent their support to Virginia's effort to have the Supreme Court grant certiorari now and bypass the Fourth Circuit.
I am often unsure about what factors influence the Court's decision making. But I'm fairly confident that the views of Mr. Trump and Ms. Van Susteren are not two of them.
