Amicus brief of Governor Gregoire

Washington Governor Christine Gregoire tonight filed an amicus curiae brief in Thomas More Law Center v. Obama in support of the ACA's constitutionality. The brief was authored by attorneys in a private law firm, as the Washington Attorney General is currently challenging the Act's constitutionality as a plaintiff in Florida v.
